This is the nicest ring I have ever seen for BPA free and water only filled. Very nice and useful product! Hard to describe but every smaller circle has an abrasion on it and helps with the teething process for a child. (Bumps for little gums to chew on in other words)
I bought this along with the stacking cups (meant for 6 months plus putting them away for him) and the keys. So far my child loves the keys more than the ring cool soothing teether. I am sure in time he will love this item as well. He is only four months old and this is a little heavy for him to hold currently. I love that it's only made out of water and is BPA free!
UPDATE-- NINE MONTHS OLD
my child loves this teether so much I am buying another one. We have the apple teether made by a different company. He doesn't care for that one as much. The apple teether over time seems like there is not enough water. I am buying another one of the green sprout ones because I want one in the fridge at all times and the water in the teether is lasting a very long time for as much as it's been bit on and stuck in the fridge. The teether is going strong!
The Green Sprout stacking cups are a big hit in the tub! They have holes in the bottom of them and shapes that I know I will use with my child in the future for sand and possibly art projects!

Most teethers out there are hard and made of bad matterials, this one is soft and made of silicone. My son loves it.

This is my baby's favorite teether. It can keep him gnawing for 30 minutes - an hour. This size was just right. There is another Green Sprouts teether (Silicone 2-pack) that is a lot smaller if you are looking for such, however, my baby liked this one better, and I don't have to worry about him jamming something small all the way into his mouth and gagging. It's a bit bigger than the palm of my hand. It is easy for him to hold on to and pick up again if he drops it. He seems to like the even shape better than he likes some of his other teethers in the shapes of fish, keys, hands, etc. which have corners that poke him in various surprising parts of his face. It's thickness seems to help him be able to teethe on it with his top and bottom gums simulaneously. He is about 8 months old and it is small enough that he can get it his open mouth and still have room to bite down a bit. It has a bit more "give" (softer) than some other teethers, but my baby seems to like that too. Best of all, I like that this is made of safe materials. I was going to buy the much more expensive natursutten teether, but when we were shopping, the natursutten teether Natursutten BPA-Free Chill-It Teether, Fish, 3-12 Monthshad been recalled in Canada so we went with this one. I'm happy we did.

My son LOVES this teether. He likes the different textures on each little bump. It is great right out of the fridge, but he is happy even if it is room temperature. I like that it is BPA free.

My baby likes this teether, and I like it because it doesn't have BPA. It's not as soft or as flexible as the Lamaze ring teether, which is very similar. However, the Green Sprouts Teether is still a good product.
